Plans Moving Along For New Chick-fil-A On Everett Mall Way

The city is currently reviewing the plans.

There would be a double drive-through lane as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas.

A new Bank of America branch will soon open at 3rd SE and Everett Mall Way.

We first shared with you in May about the possibility of a new Chick-fil-A restaurant and drive-through on the Bank of America property on West Mall Drive and Everett Mall Way.

Formal plans have now been submitted to the city as work continues on a new Bank of America branch at Greentree Plaza near Target. Here’s more of the folks planning the Chick-fil-A.

This application is submitted by 4G Development & Consulting on behalf of Chick-fil-A Inc. and relates to 1.93 acres of commercial property (APN: 28051800401400). The property is a commercial park (C-R1).

The new development includes a new 4,970 square meter business restaurant and a drive-through lane for two orders. The layout plan provides for 66 parking spaces and a stacking capacity of 32 cars in the drive-through lane.

A total of two free-standing canopies are proposed over the passage lane: (1) Canopy over the ordering point and (1) at the exit over the pick-up window.

The planned building will contain 112 indoor and 16 outdoor seats and will be sprayed with fire. The suggested opening times for the new restaurant are from Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., on Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and closed on Sundays.

We will inform you when the restaurant is expected to open.
