Reset Chrome

If you’re using Google Chrome and you don’t see the black playbar at the bottom of the website, please reset Google Chrome to its default settings.

Clear browser cache

Clearing the browser cache often fixes problems. Instructions for common browsers are provided below.

Deactivate the ad unit

Some Ad Block add-ons or extensions may affect your listening experience on the iHeartRadio website. If you have problems listening or browsing, please disable the add-on or extension for the ad unit.
