SPOKANE, Wash – Saturday got off to a particularly spooky start to Halloween weekend with fog gathering over parts of the Inland Northwest.

The National Weather Service in Spokane said the fog had reduced viability to half a mile or less in parts of the Idaho Panhandle and east Washington. The good news is that the move out is scheduled by the afternoon.

The National Weather Service would like to remind people to exercise caution as conditions change.
