IN WASHINGTON’S SUPERIOR COURT FOR CLARK COUNTY
In the estate of: DONNA J. O’NEAL, deceased.
The personal representative listed below has been appointed as the personal representative of this estate. Every person who has a claim against the testator must, before the claim would become statute-barred by another statute of limitations, submit the claim in the manner provided for in RCW 11.40.070 by delivery to or by post to the personal representative or the lawyer of the a copy of the claim and submission of the original of the claim to the court at the address given below. The claim must be submitted within: (1) thirty days of the notification being served or dispatched to the obligee by the personal representative in accordance with RCW 11.40.020 (3); or (2) four months from the date of the first publication of the notice. If the claim is not submitted within this period, the claim is statute-barred forever, unless otherwise specified in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This block applies both to claims against the estate as well as to the non-estate of the testator.
