Marcelle LeBlanc of Alabama was named Miss America 2022 Outstanding Teenager

The candidates represented 50 states and the District of Columbia to fight for the title Miss America Outstanding teenager. Miss LeBlanc, 18 years old, visited Laurel Springs School. For her talent show she played “On My Own” from the Broadway classic Les Miserables. She developed the social impact initiative STARS – Supporting the Arts Through Resources & Scholarships. An accomplished actress, she has appeared in several major film and television productions, including Stranger Things, and intends to pursue her career as a professional actress while completing an accounting degree. In addition to a $ 30,000 Scholarship, she was awarded $ 500 for the top overall interview and $ 500 for talents in the preliminary round.

First was second Miss Marylands Outstanding teen, Kate Wills, who deserved it $ 10,000 Scholarship. She was also awarded $ 1,000 selected as America’s Choice winner by online viewers. She was also awarded $ 1,000 as the “Spirit of America” ​​winner chosen by all candidates.

ON $ 4,000 Scholarship went to second runner-up, Miss Texas’ Outstanding Teen, Katherine Omo-Osagie. She also received $ 500 for evening wear and stage issues during the preliminary round.

Third runner-up and winner of a $ 3,000 Scholarship was Miss Georgia Outstanding teenager, Megan Wright. She was awarded an additional one $ 500 for evening wear and stage issues during the preliminary round.

The winner of a $ 2,000 Scholarship and the fourth runner-up was Miss Nebraska’s Outstanding Teen, Jamie Rose Chen.
