John Alden ‘Jack’ Lamb, 75

John Alden “Jack” Lamb, 75, passed away on Wednesday November 3, 2021 in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Private family services were held.

Jack was born on December 24, 1945 in Vancouver, Washington, to Russell and Dorothy Lamb. He grew up attending schools in Soap Lake, Washington. The family moved to Cordova, Alaska, where Jack graduated from high school.

He worked in the commercial fishing industry in Alaska for years. In 1996 he moved to Sandpoint.

Jack loved horses, rides and trained rescued horses. He is survived by Julie Copley of Sandpoint; five children, Chad Lamb, Alisa Pangle, Shane Lamb, Tabby Withrow, and Nathan Copley; 12 grandchildren; two sisters, Sally Steadman and Betty Ann Schuessler; and a brother, Jerry Lamb.

In death he was preceded by his parents, sister Juanita Hussey, and two brothers Jim and Chip Lamb.
