The new office is ZoomInfo’s second largest after its global headquarters in Vancouver, Washington.

“We are thrilled to have ZoomInfo in our portfolio and look forward to contributing to and supporting its growth,” said Sam Schaefer, CEO of Hobbs Brook. “This was a complex transaction with unique challenges. We would like to thank all teams involved for their help in achieving an outstanding result. “

During the evaluation process for the office expansion, ZoomInfo considered 15 different locations in the greater Boston area and toured four buildings before securing the move to 275 Wyman. ZoomInfo has signed a lease for 226,000 s / f in the building and will work in phases.

“To attract even more talent to our rapidly growing team, our offices must reflect how much we value our people, their work styles and their lifestyle preferences,” said Henry Schuck, founder and CEO of ZoomInfo. “Hobbs Brook’s 275 Wyman is ideal for its extremely convenient location, ability to accommodate future growth, and a variety of desirable building and neighborhood facilities. We are proud to bring our largest office on the east coast here. “

“This is a significant, noteworthy deal, swapping two tenant locations to accommodate both current real estate strategies,” said Michael O’Leary, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield. “Thanks to a lot of teamwork and care between Hobbs Brook, ZoomInfo and Vistaprint, we were able to close a seamless transaction with a structure rarely seen in commercial real estate and host two companies that follow different but relevant real estate trends.”

“ZoomInfo looked at many offices before landing and we can attribute this to Hobbs Brooks’ innovative approach to delivering hospitality and service to all properties,” said Tyler McGrail, senior managing director of Newark Knight Frank, who represented ZoomInfo. “It was a pleasure working with Hobbs Brook and Vistaprint to ensure a smooth transaction for everyone.”
