Everett boys, NBC girls fall in PIAA playoffs | Local

PITTSBURGH – The Everett Boys’ soccer team abandoned their first-round PIAA game against District 7 champions Winchester Thurston 7-0 at Chatham University on Tuesday afternoon.

The District 7 champions scored five goals in the first half, three of them in the first 12 minutes.

Everett keeper Ethan Murphy had 28 saves while Everett only had two shots on goal

Everett finished the season with a 14-9 record.

MUNHALL – District 7 champions Steel Valley defeated Northern Bedford 6-1 in a PIAA first round match at Crawford Field on Tuesday.
