Crews battle early morning 2-alarm fire in Everett – Boston News, Weather, Sports

EVERETT, MASS. (WHDH) – Firefighters are investigating a two-alarm fire that pierced an Everett building early Saturday morning.

Emergency teams responding to a fire on Bellingham Avenue at around 12:15 p.m. found heavy fire inside the building. The fire started in the background and extended through the back of the building, officials said.

Nobody was in the building at the time of the fire.

The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
