Aggies Head to Seattle Seeking Title at 2022 WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship

Seattle, WA – The Aggies head off to Husky Track for the three-day 2022 WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by Seattle University.

Bringing the heat

Freshman hammer thrower, Phethisang Makhethe has been making her mark this season as one of the best throwers in the nation. She currently holds the 23rd best hammer throw mark in the nation and the best mark in the DI Mountain Region (65.40m).

Numerous other Aggies place in the top ten in the region for their respective events.
