3 car accidents turn off power near Farr and Appleway in Spokane Valley | news

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash – A driver faces charges after allegedly driving drunk, causing a three-vehicle accident, and powering part of Spokane Valley.

MPs said the driver of a Chrysler Seabring drove just before 5 a.m. on Sunday, gave a red light and hit two other vehicles at the intersection of Farr and Appleway.

One of the vehicles hit a power pole and crashed the power line.

The utility company is currently repairing this line. It will take approximately two hours for power to be restored and the intersection of Appleway and Farr Road to reopen.

The MPs say no one was seriously injured.
