1:54 p.m.: Seattle Fire arrives at a “Full Response” callout (updated) at a building at 3703 California SW. updates coming.

1:56 p.m.: They send a second alert. Dispatchers advised firefighters that there had been reports of possible arson related to a domestic violence incident and they are sending an arson investigator.

14 o’clock: California is blocked northbound at Charlestown. You are now terminating the investigator and telling headquarters, “There was no fire.” Most of the responses were dropped. We’re still on our way there to see if we can find out more at the crime scene. Only two units are still on site.

2:15 p.m.: At the scene, the incident commander confirms that there was no fire, but that someone “set off the fire alarm.” People who were briefly evacuated from the building have been allowed back inside and SFD is exiting the building.
