Today’s pandemic notes:

NO COUNTY NUMBERS UPDATE TODAY: The state didn’t update its database this weekend, which means there won’t be an update for the King County today Daily summary dashboard Page.

WEST SEATTLE TRENDS: Sunday is the night we check these numbers. These are displayed in two-week increments using the Geography Over Time tab on the nationwide dashboard with daily summaries. To determine WS status, we combine the totals from the Health Reporting Areas (HRAs) from West Seattle and Delridge: 71 positive test results in the last two weeks; 137 in the 2 weeks before; 227 in the two weeks before. … We also record the total number of WS deaths each week. The total number of deaths throughout the pandemic in the two HRAs in West Seattle: 68, an increase this week. And a look at hospital stays: Since the pandemic began, a total of 192 people have been assigned in the two HRAs in West Seattle, two more this week.
