Dare to see Weird Al at the Fox Theater in June.

I think “Weird Al” Yankovic missed touring.

The musical parody legend is not only returning to the streets in 2022, but also with a 133-date (133!) Tour. Fortunately for us – or perhaps a statistical probability with so many shows – Weird Al’s “The Unfortunate Return of the ridiculously rampant, ill-advised Vanity Tour” makes a stop in Spokane. The king of musical-comedy will be playing in the Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox on Friday, June 24, 2022.

The tour will be a rerun of The Ridiculously Self-Indulgent, Ill-Advised Vanity Tour from 2018, when Weird Al gave up the lavish costumes and the highly choreographed stage show in favor of a reduced show with an emphasis on music. Instead of focusing on all of his biggest hits, the setlist changes from night to night, featuring a ton of his hilarious originals and deeper album cuts.

Oddball comedian Emo Philips – who Weird Al fans will recognize as UHF’s Joe Early – will open the show.

Tickets for Weird Al at The Fox will go on sale Friday, December 10th at 10 a.m. through foxtheaterspokane.org. Tickets cost $ 40 to $ 85. There are also $ 329 VIP tickets on sale at the same time on cidentertainment.com.
