Washington witness reports telepathic encounter with hovering disc-shaped object | Roger Marsh

A Washington witness at Vancouver reported a late-night encounter with a disc-shaped object that may have transmitted a telepathic message at about 1 am on February 9, 2022, according to testimony from the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC).

“I was awakened approximately at 1 am by a sound which I mistook for a very loud car or street sweeper of some sort,” the reporting witness stated. “My room faces the street in front of my house giving me a good view of passing cars and anything else out there. Also parked in my front yard is a run-down Chevy S10 pickup truck. I will explain why this is relevant later.

“When I opened the curtains, I saw a 20-foot-diameter, one-foot to 15-inch thick, polished steel disc hovering in place in the street. The object had solid edges, flat like the rims of a coin, and in the bottom center of the object was a large bright light. It was projecting a beam of some sort down onto the street, which I could see was stirring up leaves and branches, causing some sort of wind to whip up.”

The witness’s pet was apparently reacting to the object.

“My pet rabbit was also reacting to this, running around my room in a fit of panic, thumping and grunting unhappily. I’m assuming the sound the object made was disturbing her so. It was a deep, low hum, not unlike that of an electric transformer and I could feel it resonate in my entire body. I don’t claim to know how the next thing happened, or why, but the nearest I can describe it is this.

“The object communicated with me telepathically. I could perceive spoken words, exact spoken words, as follows: ‘It’s okay. We’re not going to hurt you. We’re just taking some measurements. We will be gone soon.’

“I remember feeling an odd sense of calmness despite seeing what was essentially a UFO in the street outside my house. I’m an aerospace and engineering enthusiast, but I’m no UFO nut, and while I’ve seen some strange aircraft in my time, I’ve never seen anything like this before or since. Nor do I believe in telepathy, mind control, or any New Age stuff.

“Nevertheless, I could ‘feel’ the UAP attempting to communicate a sense of safety to me. Evidently, it worked, because rather than being started like I normally would be, I scoffed in annoyance at the loud noise, covered my ears, and went back to sleep.

“I woke up the next morning with my hands clasped firmly to my ears.

“I don’t claim to know what I saw, but I saw some weird stuff. Moreover, the Chevy S-10 pickup in the front yard, which has a broken tarped-over window on it, had had its tarp blown away by something. It had also been pelted with various objects, possibly pebbles and small stones, as the left side of the truck was scratched and dinged up when it hadn’t been so a day earlier.

“All I know is that I’m tired of this X-files Roswell crap and I’d love some answers.”

Washington Reports

Washington was rated 12th in total US UFO sightings for October 2022 with 17 cases filed, according to the MUFON November newsletter. Washington shared the rating with Virginia. Florida and California topped the list at 65 cases each.

There were 78 disc cases reported nationally in October 2022.

Multiple witnesses affected by hovering ‘cruise ship’ UFO

An Illinois witness at Godfrey reported watching a cigar-shaped UFO the “size of a cruise ship,” according to testimony in MUFON Case 94081.

The witness was watching a meteor shower with seven other friends around 2:10 am on August 12, 2018.

“After seeing several meteors, one friend pointed toward the northern sky and showed everyone what appeared to be two stars moving in synchronicity,” the witness stated.”They stayed the same distance, and we then noticed they were connected by something which appeared to be transparent but made the sky look different. It seemed to be a cigar-shaped craft about as large as a cruise ship and around the same height as a private airplane. It was heading southeast from the north. It turned slightly toward the tree line, dimmed its lights, and hovered. Before we saw the craft, there was the sound of coyotes from approximately three different locations west, south, and northwest of us. They increased in volume until we sighted the craft. At that point, every sound from the nearby forest ceased. At that point, I stood from a sitting position and requested everyone leave and head toward my father’s home, which was approximately 300-500 yards from where we were sitting.

“Everyone resisted, saying they wanted to see where it was going. Five of the eight of us heard a sound sort of like a mechanical trumpet, or as one witness described ‘an auto-tuned semi-truck horn.’ It was coming from the east-southeast and echoed from the vicinity of Beltrese Road. Right around then, my cousin and I had an overwhelming feeling of calm and restraint, which felt unnatural. She reported feeling dizzy and I felt absolute panic and heaviness associated with the silence of the woodland creatures. Another witness reported feeling unbridled rage followed by silent crying. A fourth witness said she had a feeling of missing time, and a fifth said he felt followed as he left the property until he reached the nearby town of Alton, Illinois, which is approximately 10 minutes away.

“All eight witnesses saw the craft. Six reported noticing the animal’s silence. Five heard the sounds. Four were emotionally affected. Two, including myself, felt contacted telepathically.”

Investigation Notes

Illinois MUFON Field Investigator James Wolford closed this case as an Unknown Aerial Vehicle.

“I phoned local area police departments to see if a police report had been turned in by anyone,” Wolford stated in his report.”Alton Police Department, Madison County Police, Illinois State Police. None of these organizations said that they had any reports from local residents for the sighting date and time or any time on the following morning. Blimp schedules were sought out and I could only find that for the Goodyear Blimp. It was not in the area at the time.

“Either these lights are due to some problem with perception or they are associated with an unusual object. They are clearly not meteors and are difficult to attribute to air traffic. The silence of animals in the vicinity during the transit of the lights and the alleged psychological effects may indicate a powerful electromagnetic field that has been ‘sensed.’Attempts to get contact information for the remaining seven witnesses have not been successful so far, but I will keep trying. Updates can be made after those witnesses have been interviewed. So far, I have sent one email and made two phone calls in pursuit of this.”

Godfrey is a village in Madison County, Illinois, population 17,982.

Historical Vancouver Case

A Washington law enforcement officer at Vancouver called in a UFO report to MUFON State Director James E. Clarkson regarding events that occurred at about 1 pm on July 2, 2014.

“He contacted me and related this account on the basis that his identity would be protected,” Clarkson wrote in his report. ”I spent substantial time interviewing him and I am convinced that this is a true high strangeness event – ​​a highly credible witness reporting an extraordinary aerial vehicle that demonstrated performance characteristics that are either extremely advanced and most probably classified military technology or it is non-human intelligence of unknown origin.

“Further, there is now radar confirmation. witness testimony.”

Clarkson took a statement from the witness.

“On July 2, 2014, at approximately 1 pm, I was on duty in Vancouver, Washington,” the reporting witness stated. “The weather was warm, with excellent visibility, and a partly cloudy sky. I was in my vehicle, facing east. My window was rolled down, providing me with an unobstructed view of the southern and eastern sky.

“I noticed movement in the sky, approximately 45 degrees above the horizon to the southeast. I observed a metallic disc, silver-in-color and circular in shape, moving rapidly across the sky from the south to the northeast. This movement was from my right to my left.

“The object was shiny and glinted in the sun as it moved. It appeared to be several thousand feet in elevation, and from my perspective, appeared to be the size of a dime held at arm’s length. I heard no sound at all from the object and there was no contrail. Further, it looked uniformly metallic and circular, with no visible wings, tail, windows, lights, landing gear, or other components of conventional airframes, both rotors, and fixed-wing.

“It also did not look similar to any unmanned aerial vehicles I have observed. I observed the object travel up and to my left, which was north to northeast. I saw it increase in elevation rapidly in a straight line, and it appeared to be traveling faster than any conventional aircraft.

“After approximately five seconds, I observed the leading edge of the object shimmer and disappear. I observed this continue, as an image of the surrounding blue sky enveloped the object, moving in a vertical line across the surface to the rear edge until the object blended in with the sky behind it.

“As this change occurred, I observed a slight blurriness in the changed areas, inconsistent with the sky behind it. This distortion was similar to looking at an object immersed in water. However, once the entire object had changed, this effect stopped and I immediately lost sight of the object. The time from complete visibility to the disappearance was approximately two to three seconds.

“At the time of disappearance, the surrounding sky was blue and cloudless. I continued looking but was unable to find the object. Approximately 30 seconds later, I observed a jet fighter aircraft flying rapidly along the same course the disc had taken. I recognized this aircraft, based on prior experience, to be an F-15. I was only able to observe the bottom of the aircraft and no insignia were visible, but it looked identical to the F-15 fighters based at the Portland Air National Guard base.

“I observed the F-15 follow the same flight path, moving from my right to upper left. It continued, flying beyond where I had last seen the object, but in the same direction and elevation. From my perspective, the F-15 was the approximate size of a quarter held at arm’s length. Additionally, the F-15 was extremely loud while passing over, whereas the disc was silent.

“I observed the F-15 continue to the northeast and out of my line of sight. Based on my training and experience, this was no known military or civilian aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicle, astronomical phenomenon, balloon, atmospheric effect, or misidentification of a known object. This object was a real, physical, tangible craft, and it exhibited flight characteristics at least comparable to a military fighter aircraft. Further, the object’s ability to adopt complete camouflage, which was capable of effectively mirroring the surrounding environment, is a capability which to my knowledge has not been successfully developed or implemented.”

Clarkson stated that radar data had been obtained and analyzed which confirms this account.
