Trying 3 of Seattle’s new SELF-POUR taprooms! 🍺🍷🍻 | Local Lens Seattle

Self-pour bars seem to be all the rage right now, so I tried 3 awesome taprooms in Seattle.

SEATTLE – THE TEETH ARE READY! Self-pour bars seem to be on everyone’s lips right now. So I tried 3 fantastic taprooms in Seattle – including one non-alcoholic that won’t cause a hangover. 😊

The first stop on our self-pour tour is Rapport in Capitol Hill! It’s Seattle’s first self-serve wine and beer bar so I had to stop by and bring my foodie friend Kelly Le with me. Rapport offers over 100 artisan wines and beers by the glass, which are poured directly by the guests. It also offers barrel and bottle craft cocktails, as well as food from Chef Mike Law. Our food recommendations? The summer squash flatbread and burrata!

Second stop – tapster! This place is so bright and Instagram worthy – they have swings inside and a huge outside deck. So of course Kelly and I had to look!

This place is in a great location in the heart of South Lake Union, across from MOHAI. It’s dog-friendly and has dozens of beverage options including wine, beer, cider, hard seltzer, kombuchas, and even some soft drinks like root beer, cold brew, and others. My personal favorite was the raspberry hard kombucha, but be careful as it is high in alcohol. Kelly Le opted for the mango cider. If you fancy some liquor this is an option here too – they offer shots from their shot bar or you can use one of their non-alcoholic beverages on tap to mix your own drink.

They also host fun events like drag bingo and trivia! Keep an eye on their website to see what happens next.

The third and final stop takes us to Seeking Kombucha, also in South Lake Union! The locally owned and female owned small batch company offers 12 changing flavors on tap. What really sets this place apart are their kombucha mocktails – YES, MOCKTAILS! All the fantasy of your favorite cocktail without the hangover. However, if you want to drink alcohol, they also offer champagne, hard selters, hard ciders, and more. Aside from this taproom, you can find them at over 20 farmers markets, where over 50 creative flavors are brewed. SO DELIC!
