September 28, 2021 // Franchising.com // SPOKANE, Washington – Transblue®, a leading construction, sales and project management concept, opens its newest location in Spokane on October 1st. Transblue is owned by Zach Simms and provides luxury exterior design services to commercial real estate, apartment buildings and homeowners throughout the Spokane Valley area.

As a professional link between clients and contractors, Transblue manages all aspects of exterior construction projects to ensure form, beauty and function for all outdoor requirements. Since franchising began in 2019, the brand has grown at a rapid pace and will be Transblue’s seventh location at its Washington state headquarters.

Spokane Transblue franchise owner Simms is a 20 year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and Navy passionate about construction management and business development. During his entrepreneurial career, he was president of a roofing company and co-founder of his own marketing agency Spin 90 Digital, which was founded in 2011.

“My background has enabled me to understand the importance of dedicating myself to an existing project and working hard to make it as good as possible. Transblue has been doing this nationwide as a general contractor for many years and is the most professional company I have ever worked with on the consultant and owner side, ”said Simms. “Working with founder Dave Wescott and the rest of the HQ team has been so pleasant since I started this new business venture, and I am incredibly grateful for your excellent support in bringing Transblue to Spokane.”

In addition to his impressive awards, Simms is an Advanced Snow Manager with the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA), a nonprofit trade association focused on training, events and best practices in snow plowing, ice and business administration. Simms and his wife Jasmine are also active members of the West Plains and Greater Spokane Valley Chambers of Commerce.

With over 65 years of diverse industry experience, Transblue prides itself on its unique customer-centric approach. CEO Dave Wescott started the business with a lawnmower in 2004 and formed the company into the world-class general contractor it is today. Transblue also works with local charities, nonprofits, and churches to continue serving their mission, giving back, and improving the communities they serve.

“Our commitment to 100% franchisee satisfaction is one of the most important factors that has enabled Transblue to grow so rapidly both nationally and in our home state of Washington,” said Vince Ortiz, director of franchise development at Transblue. “We are honored to further expand our innovative activities in Spokane with Zach’s knowledge and expertise in both corporate ownership and construction management at the top.”
