Fauci warns of a possible new COVID-19 surge in the US. The chief physician of the Biden administration commented on “Face the Nation” during an interview on Sunday. If you come down from a large peak and you get to a point and you reach a plateau, once you stay on that plateau you are at risk of climbing, Dr. Anthony Fauci, via CBS News. And unfortunately we see that, Dr. Anthony Fauci, via CBS News. New data from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) showed an increase in the number of new COVID cases reported on Friday, March 26th. The daily total for that day was 71,593 and included 30 states plus the District of Columbia. . Fauci called the resetting of restrictions that many states have put in place as “premature”. But he praised the three million daily vaccinations that take place in the US as a way to “get a good amount of flexibility in the summer”. Hopefully when we have a very, very low infection rate, you will take some of these restrictions back. And I think that’s going to happen, Dr. Anthony Fauci, via CBS News

Baldie faces possible life imprisonment with a mandatory minimum 10 year sentence, a $ 250,000 fine and a supervised life release. A trial in US District Court Judge Ann Aiken is scheduled for July 8, according to a statement from the US Attorney’s Office in Oregon on Tuesday.

In January 2020, a Benton County sheriff’s assistant pretending to be a minor responded to an online ad looking for “younger girls.” According to MPs, Baldie offered to pick the child up in Corvallis and drive them back to Vancouver for sex.

The US Attorney’s Office for Oregon is pursuing the case because Baldie was planning to cross the state line with the child.

Baldie was arrested in February 2020 when he arrived in Corvallis to pick up the child. He was detained in Benton County Jail and charged with online sexual corruption of a first degree child. He lured a minor and tried to use a child as an indication of sexually explicit behavior.

Following the arrest, Vancouver police raided Baldie’s home, seized electronic devices as evidence, and placed Baldie and his wife’s three children in protective custody.
