SPOKANE, Washington – A domestic violence dispute ended when a man started a cellar fire in the Bemiss area Friday morning.
Spokane Police initially received a call Thursday night about domestic violence in a house on N Lee Street.
At around 4 a.m., rescue workers were called into the same house to get reports of a basement fire. The woman, who previously called the police, said her boyfriend started the fire.
The fire brigade quickly put out the fire, no one was injured.
Police said the alleged domestic violence perpetrator is at large.
