SPOKANE, Washington. – Children in Inland Northwest had their grocery lists and had some help double-checking them.

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office and other law enforcement agencies in the area took her shopping on Sunday. The children were allowed to fill their carts with whatever they wanted so that everyone had a good vacation.

The children were not only allowed to take home presents. Every family gets a full meal and everything they need for their banquet.

One of the kids who got to go shopping was Blaze. He selected gifts for his mother and three sisters. He said he liked shopping for whatever he wanted, but had mixed feelings too. These feelings were about taxes.

The school advisors nominated the students who, in their opinion, could use a little extra holiday mood.
