Robin Williams’ children speak out on anniversary of his death – Everett Post

Robin Williams“Children have spoken out on the seventh anniversary of the comedian’s death.

Zak Williams, the late actor’s eldest child, shared a warm message with his father while his daughter did Zelda Williams talked to others struggling with losses.

“Dad, you died seven years ago today. The joy and inspiration you have brought to the world continues in your legacy and in your family, friends and fans whom you have loved so much, ”wrote Zak Williams on Wednesday. “You lived to bring laughter and to help others. I will celebrate your memory today. Love you forever.”

“I send love to all of the people who deal with loss today. New, old, the connective tissue of this deeply human pain can be tough to bear, but I sometimes find it easier to know how many others have felt the same sting, ”added Zelda Williams. “We are not alone. X”

Robin Williams was 63 years old when he died of suicide in 2014. His children occasionally pay homage to their father on social media and through actions in their personal lives. Zak Williams, a mental health attorney, named his son McLaurin, that was Robin’s middle name while Cody WilliamsHe, the comedian’s youngest child, married on his father’s birthday in 2019.
