SPOKANE, Washington – It’s spooky time of year and Spokane has plenty of events to get you in the Halloween mood. Thrill seekers and families can find spooky entertainment in these places:
Creepy wood
Famous Silverwood theme park is taking a spooky turn this month as it returns for the famous Scarywood event. With five haunted attractions, nine fear zones, and almost all of Silverwood’s best-known rides, the park will impress. Ticket prices vary depending on the date.

Unit 55
If you’re a fan of puzzles and spooky entertainment, Unit 55 offers actor-driven escape rooms, spooky overnight camping, and a six-hour outdoor escape experience! If you are looking for special effects makeup, costumes, face paint and set design, Unit 55 also has services to assist you.
Terror on Sierra
Looking for a classic haunted house? Terror on Sierra uses professional visual effects and scary costumes to scare anyone brave enough to enter. Tickets are available at the box office for $ 5 and run October 25-31. The haunted house is recommended for ages 13 and up.
Escape from Spokane
Escape Spokane has a special creepy version of an escape room. “The Haunting of Room 13” gives guests an hour to break free from the mysteriously haunted mansion. Tickets are $ 28 per person.
Haunted zipline tours
A unique way to be scared. Mica Moon Zip Tours offers adrenaline seekers the opportunity to zip line through an enchanted forest. Hidden jump scares pop up during the zip lining experience. The adventure includes a shuttle and ATV ride, hot cocoa, and a three-hour zip-line tour for $ 98.
Spokane Hobbit House
Fans of The Hobbit can visit Spokane’s unique Hobbit House, modeled on the books by JRR Tolkien. The house organizes a socially distant trick-or-treat event on Fridays in October from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The attraction is ideal for younger children. Due to COVID, the host asks that guests adhere to the COVID safety guidelines.
