SPOKANE VALLEY, Washington – The city of Spokane Valley Twitter sent community members on Friday to complete a street poll.

Spokane Valley City officials sent out a survey that assessed the quality and condition of roads and roads in and around the community. The survey asks questions such as community members’ views on the condition of the road and how future funding could help certain projects.

City officials said the annual cost of maintaining and maintaining the Spokane Valley roads in their current state is estimated at $ 16 million a year.

Some of the projects the City of Spokane Valley is taking care of include the preservation of sidewalks and street maintenance. Both efforts include restoring the surface layer of the sidewalk to prevent potholes, snow plowing, installing traffic signs, and repairing sidewalks.
