PAUBLO “PACO” CRUZ PEÑA, 40, of Attica, Michigan, died Saturday, December 3, 2022 in Burton, MI. Paco was born May 21, 1982 in Mt. Clemens, MI. He is the son of Robert and Elizabeth Ann (Ramirez) Peña. He grew up around Imlay City and Attica. He was a graduate of Imlay City Venture High School.
Recently, Paco was a Senior Cook at Hurley Hospital – Flint. He had worked as a chef at several golf courses; one of which was, Devil’s Ridge Golf Course in Oakland County. Paco enjoyed spending time golfing, bowling (he bowled in several leagues) and spending time with his children.
Paco is survived by his daughter, Rhianna (Allison) Peña of Lapeer, MI; son, Andre Pena of Brandon, Florida; his parents, Robert and Elizabeth Ann (Ramirez) Peña of Attica, MI; sisters, Shannon (Shane) Huantez of Lapeer, MI and Jamie (Alejandro) Sanchez-Martinez of Vancouver, Washington; his brother, Robert Pena, Jr. of Winter Haven, Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral services for Paco will be held 1 pm Friday, December 9, 2022, at Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City, 225 N. Main Street, Imlay City, MI. Burial will follow in Attica Township Cemetery. The family will be available for visitation 11 am-1 pm Friday, December 9 at Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City.
