I APPRECIATE IT. OH ABSOLUTELY. BEFORE WE GET INTO THIS DELICIOUS LOOKING FOOD, LET’S TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE NAME EVERETT’S, WHERE IT COMES FROM. I KNOW IT’S A SPECIAL MEANING. YEAH. SO MY BROTHER AND I ARE CO-OWNERS HERE. AND THE NAME IS INSPIRED BY OUR GRANDFATHER, WHO HAD PASSED AWAY FROM CANCER BEFORE BOTH BORN. SO IT’S KIND OF A COOL WAY TO CARRY ON HIS LEGACY AND HIS NAME. IT ABSOLUTELY IS. NOW, LET’S TALK ABOUT THE FOOD AND THE STYLE THAT PEOPLE CAN EXPECT. IF PEOPLE HAVE NEVER BEEN TO EVERETT’S. WHAT DO YOU HOPE THEY TAKE AWAY FROM THEIRS? SO WHAT I LIKE TO THINK OF OUR FOOD AS IT’S KIND OF A COOL LITTLE URBAN BARBECUE TYPE. WE DO OUTSTANDING CHICKEN WINGS, SIGNATURE BURGERS AND FRIED BRUSSELS SPROUTS ARE KIND OF ONE OF OUR KEY APPETIZERS THAT WE LIKE TO USE. ONE OF THE FAN FAVORITES. LOVE IT. SO WHAT WE DO WITH THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS IS WE DEEP FRY THEM AND THEN TOSS THEM IN A SWEET AND SPICY HONEY GLAZE. OH THAT SOUNDS DELICIOUS. AND THEN SPRINKLE THEM WITH CHOPPED BACON AND THEN COVER THEM WITH LIME CREMA. WOW. AND EVERYTHING WE DO HERE IS MADE FROM SCRATCH. ALL THE SAUCES, EVERYTHING DOWN TO THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS. WE CUT THEM OURSELVES, ALL THAT STUFF. SO, YEAH, IT CERTAINLY LOOKS LIKE IT’S DETAILED. THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS. WHAT IS THIS BURGER? IS THIS A BURGER HERE? YEAH, LITERALLY. YEAH. SO THIS IS ONE OF OUR ANOTHER FAN FAVORITE. IT’S CALLED THE BARBECUE. PULLED PORK BACON BURGERS. SO IT’S ALL BEEF PATTY, WHICH WE SEE ON OUR FLATTOP. AND THEN WE PUT A NICE MOUND OF PULLED PORK ON THERE, BARBECUE SAUCE. AND THEN APPLE SMOKED BACON. MY MOUTH IS WATER. JUST THINKING ABOUT THAT. YEAH. AND THEN WE ALSO HAND-CUT OUR FRIES AND WE’LL DEEP FRY THOSE AND THEN TOSS THEM IN SALT. AND THEN WE HAVE OUR GARLIC ALE, WHICH WE ALSO MAKE IN HOUSE. ALL RIGHT. AND THEN REAL QUICK, THESE WINGS LOOK GREAT, TYLER. VERY MEATY OFF THE BAT. YUP. SO WHAT WE DO WITH OUR WINGS IS WE HOUSE BRINE THEM IN A BROWN SUGAR BRINE. THOSE GO FOR ABOUT 24 HOURS OVERNIGHT. NICE. AND THEN WE’LL PULL THEM DEEP, FRY THEM FROM RAW. AND THEN WE TOSS THEM IN THE SAUCE, CHARGE THEM UP, AND THEN WE TOSS THEM AGAIN. SEND THEM OUT THE WINDOW. ALL THIS FOOD IS FANTASTIC.
