On Tuesday morning, a man heard gunshots on Riverside Road. Police provided few other details.
EVERETT — A man was found dead in his car Tuesday morning in north Everett, according to police.
Just after 4:30 am, an employee at 607 Riverside Road called 911 to report what he believed to be gunshots, Everett police officer Ora Hamel said. When the employee went out to see what was going on, he found a man unresponsive in a car.
The man was dead when the police arrived at the scene, Hamel said. Few details were known about the man’s death. Police wouldn’t comment on whether the death was being investigated as a homicide.
Detectives were investigating Tuesday.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office will publicly identify the deceased, as well as determine his cause and manner of death.
