(NOTE LANGUAGE) Kathy Griffin gives fans another update on their health and reveals their new favorite gossip since their surgery after being diagnosed with lung cancer.

The 60-year-old comedian shared a text graphic on Instagram that read, “One thing that’s annoying about cancer is it’s hard to focus on anything else when you’re suffering from breathlessness, deep coughs, pain, extreme fatigue and malaise mine Case, vocal cord [sic] Subjects.”

It’s not all bad, though. Griffin followed this statement with the silver lining.

“One thing that doesn’t suck about cancer … how shameless I am when I gossip to people who dare say Ms. Kathy with, ‘Really, stupid ??? TRY CANCER! “” Concluded the Emmy winner. She added, “I can’t get enough of this.”
