HGTV star Christina Haack’s recipe for love apparently involves toad venom – Everett Post

HGTV star Christina Haack Maybe she didn’t kiss a frog to find a prince, but she was pretty close.

Haack discusses her new relationship on Instagram Joshua Hall, but her story about finding love that same year when she was briefly married to her second husband Ant Anstead ended some heads.

This is where the amphibian comes in.

“I met Josh when I was neither afraid nor fighting or fleeing,” says Haack [media], hired a spiritual coach and smoked a bufo toad (which basically reset my brain and eliminated years of fear in 15 minutes). “

The poison from the bufo toad, a substance scientifically known as 5-MeO-DMT, can cause psychedelic effects, but a recent European study found that it also “sustained increases in life satisfaction and reduced anxiety , Depression and Post “causes traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).”

Haack doesn’t elaborate on how the substance works, but she apparently feels more comfortable in her own skin, so she shakes off headlines about her new husband.

“I never wanted to see him stressed because the media followed him and his family,” she writes, adding that it “has already started on an uncomfortable level”.

Haack adds of the media, “That’s why there are so many failed celebrity relationships that turn new relationships into a circus.”

She closes: “[Y]it’s ‘another relationship’ and guess what. I’m 38 – I’ll do what I want. “

Haack, who used to star with his first ex-husband Tarek El Moussa in flip or flop, currently stars in her own design show called Christina on the Coast.

Apparently the home decor celebrity is setting another trend: The question “How do you smoke a Bufo toad?” Is currently a leading search on Google and delivers around 328,000 results.
