Week 17 TE streamer

If you’ve streamed the position all season and were very lucky, here are three options for your fantasy championships at stake. Good luck with winning the title!

Gerald Everett (v Detroit Lions)

Gerald Everett has touchdowns in three of his last five games and has run over 60 yards in consecutive weeks. Seattle’s offense is worth much more to Tyler Lockett than just deep shots. For those looking for a replacement or who have streamed the position year-round, a late-season fantasy hero emerges.

This week, Everett will face the Detroit Lions, who in the past four weeks (19.1) have given up the third most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends. That’s a lot of points. Everett should have plenty of room to be successful and is a good streaming option for your fantasy championships.

Albert Okwuegbunam (@ Los Angeles Chargers)

Tiki Barber once butchered Albert Okwuegbunam’s surname on national television. It wasn’t looking good.

Okwuegbunam knows his last name is tough, which is evidenced by the fact that he put the phonetic spelling of his name right on his Twitter bio. According to him, it’s “Oak-woo-aye-boo-nom”.

Okwuegbunam is the TE12 for the past four weeks, despite being played against the Las Vegas Raiders last week with no catch. One reason this might have happened was because the Broncos were without Teddy Bridgewater, which starred Drew Lock.

This week, “Albert O” could offer a valuable production against the Chargers – who have given the TEs the sixth highest points per game for the past four weeks – with Bridgewater returning.

Tyler Conklin (@ Green Bay Packers)

Adam Thielen sustained an ankle injury last week and was visibly upset and in pain, frustrated on the sidelines that he could not return to the game. Thielen will now miss the rest of the season after an ankle surgery.

With Thielen not playing his usual amount of snaps, Tyler Conklin saw an increase in usage. Conklin saw 5 goals, his most for week 13, 4 for 44 yards. His lack of touchdowns is worrying – he only has 3 in the season and hasn’t had one since Week 10. But with Thielen now out, that could change in week 17 against a Packers defense who surrendered 3 TDs to TEs in their last four games.
