“Transportation modes to the San Juans have become more restricted and less reliable in recent months, leaving many people looking for a way to spend more of their free time enjoying the islands and less time getting there,” wrote Kenmore Air COO David Gudgel in a newsrelease.

“This service is another opportunity for Kenmore to safely and conveniently connect the people and businesses in our region.”

The leg from Everett to the San Juans Islands takes an expected 25 minutes. Kenmore Air offers a flat rate of $189 for the new service.
