Felony arrests

Weapon Use — Vander John Bevill, 33, no known address. Ashland police arrested Bevill Wednesday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct and interfering with police. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognition.

Burglary — Austin Mathew Leopoldo, 20, of the 300 block of Fargo Street, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Leopoldo Wednesday on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree trespassing and third-degree theft. He was held in Jail Friday.

forgery Andrew James Ceremony, 28, no known address. On Thursday, Ceremony made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on new charges of first-degree forgery, first-degree possessing a forged instrument, identity theft and first-degree theft. Central Point Police Originally Arrested Ceremony Oct. 10 on a contempt of court charge, and he was charged in circuit court last month on previous counts of aggravated theft, vehicle theft, coercion and third-degree robbery. He was held in Jail Friday.

drug Ryan Alan Curtis, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Curtis Thursday on warrants charging him with charges of manufacturing a Schedule II controlled substance, felony possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and for failing to appear in Medford Municipal Court on a previous charge of providing false information to police. He was booked in jail and released Thursday on his own recognition.

Witness Tamping — Sabrina Ann Moreno, 34, of the 3000 block of East McAndrews Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Moreno Thursday on charges of tampering with a witness and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order. She was held in jail Friday.

Custodial Interference — Rodney Alex Moseley, 46, of Vancouver, Washington. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Moseley Thursday on warrants charging him with counts of second-degree custodial interference, attempted first-degree custodial interference, identity theft and second-degree theft. He was held in Jail Friday.
