Felony arrests

sexual penetration – Tia Marrise Alexander, 24, no reported address. She was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and first-degree burglary. Alexander is being held in the Jackson County Jail for a $250,000 bail.

Robbery – Thomas Lee Call, 26, of the 1100 block of High Street, Fortuna, California. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for third-degree robbery, a misdemeanor and parole violation. Call is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail.

Unlawful weapon use – Darrell Wayne Corbin, 63, of the 5400 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanors. Corbin bailed out of the Jackson County Jail.

strangulation – Ethan Ray Hibbard, 26, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford Police Thursday for strangulation pertaining to domestic abuse, coercion and a misdemeanor. Hibbard is being held in the Jackson County Jail for a $20,500 bail.

drug – Michael Pierce, 21, of the 17700 block of Southeast Paradise Drive, Milwaukie, Oregon. He was arrested by Eagle Point Police Thursday for unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and a warrant issued in Clackamas County. Pierce is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $7,500 bail.

drug – Jessica Fawn Sweet, 34, of the 600 block of West Orchard Avenue, Hermiston. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for failing to appear for these charges: two counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of heroin, first-degree burglary, third-degree robbery and misdemeanors. Sweet was released on her own recognition.

fugitive – Ariel Nicole Veilleux, 29, of the 1600 block of East Fourth Street, Vancouver, Washington. She was arrested for a fugitive warrant issued in Washington and a parole violation No bail information was available.

eluding – Christopher Allen White, 34, of the 100 block of South Pacific Highway, Talent. He was arrested by Medford Police Wednesday for attempting to elude police by vehicle and a misdemeanor. White was released on his own recognition.
