Drool-worthy avocado toast at this downtown Seattle spot

The TRACE Market at W Seattle serves unique breakfast and lunch options all day.

SEATTLE – Match scones, a famous cinnamon bun and a millennial-worthy avocado toast are all available at TRACE Market in downtown Seattle.

TRACE Market is located in one of the largest hotels in the city, W Seattle. Originally a gourmet restaurant, they did a pandemic pivot and turned into a quick, local breakfast and lunch restaurant. There is also brunch all day on the weekend!

They take the local seriously. In his spare time, Chef Ross Lewis runs a mushroom and micro-greens farm in Covington. He brings his gourmet mushrooms and vegetables to TRACE for dishes like their quiche.

Confectioner Tien Lam conjures up treats with matcha, ube and pumpkin flavors, including his very own “Tien’s Famous Cinnamon Roll”.

If you really need to reach out and leave, the TRACE market also has a fridge to buy fruit, freshly squeezed juices, and more.

TRACE Market is located in W Seattle and is open seven days a week, serving breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
