A driver is being checked out to make sure he is okay after crashing his car through a fence and landing upside down in a retention pond on 100th street SW in south Everett this morning. Firefighters were able to cut him from his seatbelt and get him safely out of the car. Everett Police are working to determine the circumstances behind the crash.
