CytoDyn will host a webcast on May 18th to discuss the FDA

(OTC.QB: CYDY)(“CytoDyn” or the “Company”), a late-stage biotechnology company developing Vyrologix ™ (leronlimab-PRO 140), a CCR5 antagonist with potential for multiple therapeutic indications, announced today Nader Pourhassan, Ph.D., President , announced Scott Kelly, MD, Chairman and Chief Medical Officer, and Chris Recknor, MD, Chief Operating Officer, will webcast the investment community on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.

Management will provide an update on ongoing work with the U.S. FDA and other regulatory agencies on the use of subpopulation data to ensure an appropriate future study design to further advance the clinical development of Leronlimab in the treatment of patients with COVID-19. As previously stated by the FDA and the company, the CD12 study did not meet the mITT endpoints. The company will provide further explanation of the secondary endpoints achieved in the critically ill predefined subpopulation.
