Another great talent could be on the way out of ESPN this summer, according to a report from Front Office Sports.

It was a notable year for ESPN that saw many significant departures including Kenny Mayne and Dan Le Batard, among others.

Another longtime ESPN host is reportedly considering leaving the network, according to the latest report from Front Office Sports.

Neil Everett, 59, has been with ESPN for 21 years. He is best known for hosting the 1 at the ET SportsCenter. Everett could be on his way out of the company this summer, according to Front Office Sports.

Everett, 59, was an integral part of the SportsCenter at 1am with longtime partner Stan Verrett.

Everett’s current contract with ESPN expires this summer, sources said.

But ESPN may not want to destroy the chemistry between Everett and Verrett, who both moved to the West Coast in March 2009 to co-host 1 at the ET SportsCenter. Just a decade later, their show often attracts the largest SportsCenter audience of the day.

An extension is possible while Everett’s contract expires this summer. However, he could add himself to the list of notable names to leave the company.

Despite firing several big names, ESPN continues to sign major expansions, including Tony Reali, Chris Berman, and Rece Davis, among others.
