Allen Schultz Obituary (1974 – 2022) – Everett, WA

Sep 15, 1974 –

January 28, 2022

Allen died unexpectedly in January in Marysville. He was a beautiful tortured soul. Like most of us highly sensitive people, he found it challenging to navigate a tough world.

All loved animals, working with wood, following politics, spending time with friends, and war history. He had an eclectic taste in music, could beat most at Trivial Pursuit, watched Ghostbusters more times than anyone can count, and loved all things Batman. He was a connoisseur of books- Sherlock Homes, Mark Twain, Ernest Hemingway, and classical literature as well as comic books.

He built Bayliner boats until they moved and, later, built large yachts. As a natural engineer and problem-solver he was excellent at troubleshooting design issues.

He leaves behind his wife Jennifer (Halvorsen), his mom Terri Hawke (Schultz), and his uncle Loren. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee and Glenn Schultz. He is missed more than words can describe.

In honor of his life, please send donations in his name to the Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS), PO box 3771, Seattle, WA 98124-3771 or the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Snohomish County, PO Box 12487, Everett , WA 98206.
