Alleged suspect in the Spokane murder taken into custody at Kennewick

KENNEWICK, Wash – A seventeen-year-old man suspected of being involved in a Spokane murder was detained in Kennewick Friday afternoon, according to a press release.

Detectives from the Criminal Apprehension Team and US Marshalls Task Force Officers received information that the male suspect was currently in an apartment building on the 1000 block of N. Cleveland St.

When the officers arrived at around 3:30 pm, they found the suspect and were able to take him into custody.

A Spokane detective search warrant for the apartment also found additional evidence.
