1. Washington State Patrol canceled the yellow alert about missing 15-year-old Lillian R. Dixon, saying that she saw her and 36-year-old Jonathan Bowles while driving through S. Caughtpokane valley. Troopers said a tipster called it. Bowles tried to escape and after a brief chase, the two got out of their car and ran away. Bowles has been arrested and is now on his way to Spokane County Jail.
